In this episode I will go over some of the best ways to change your train of thought, by changing your surroundings to align with your goals. We can only control what we can control but we have to make sure where doing that. Self-discipline and self-love go hand and hand. Nobody's perfect everyone has a past, but if we woke up this morning, we have a chance to make the best out of the next 24 hours. Progress does not stand still.
